Smell the Roses want everyone to enjoy our Flower Workshops, however, there may be circumstances where you or we need to cancel a planned workshop.

28 days or more before the course start date
Full refund will be given
15-27 days before the course start date
50% refund will be given
14 days or less before the course start date
We regret that no refund can be given if a cancellation is made 14 calendar days or less before the workshop date.
 
 
If we need to cancel the workshop
We reserve the right to cancel the workshop as we may experience unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from delivering the event. We will aim to notify all participants as soon to possible and refund all payments made within 14 days
