CATHERINE & PETER
Catherine and Peter knew exactly what they were after when we met for our first consultaion,Both being school teachers they wanted to add lots of personal touches to do with their job throughout their day they had taken lots of time collecting bits such as old books, old crates, milk churns and old suitcases all to add to their decor to really set the scene at their venue. They had ideas for flowers to compliment all of these personal items to create a unique blend of vintage and florals. With it being the end of spring they wanted to include lots of pastels but then with touches of brighter peach, coral and zingy lime green which really made their designs pop and their props stand out!
Their venue was this gorgeous place called The Old Vicarage in Christchurch which is a lovely old house with a marquee in the garden, the whole place can be rented for weddings and you are able to have both the ceremony and reception here. I loved it! and think its the perfect place for a smaller more personal wedding with under 100 guests. Flowers went through from the moment the guests arrived into the ceremony room right the way to the dance floor at the back of the marquee. There wasn't a detail that these guys missed out and it was a pleasure to help them with the exact florals they had in mind!
